FANTASTIC PHOTOGRAPHY is owned and managed by CARLITO MANDO PULLAN who has more than 20 years of experience in capturing special moments of people’s lives. He started his interest in photography at the young age of 17. Through years of hard work and training, he amasses the required technical knowledge and experience to become a professional photographer and build his own photography business. He is a proud member sense 2009 to 2013 and AWARD winning photographer of the Wedding and Portrait Photographers of the Philippines (WPPP).
